I went in for a click and collect at 1:25 pm to not be greeted, to not be asked how I could be served. Just a blank stare.
I then said I had a click and collect and gave my name to be handed my product with a "there you go" without even checking my identity. Staff member was helpful and professional. Visit was an enjoyable experience.
