  Rochelle - is the best hands down.
  I have a severe phobia of needles/blood tests and after having some traumatic experiences with needles at other places, Rochelle has always been so gentle with the needle and very reassuring…. I always request Rochelle when I visit and I will not go anywhere else.

  Don't recommend going to this pathology on a saturday. There is no receptionist and only one nurse available. Made an appointment for 8am GTT test and had to wait 1 and a half hours before I was seen. Only to be told she then didn't have time to do the test. What's the point in making an appointment if its a walk in take a number service. Had there been someone at the desk I could of alerted them to my appointment. The nurse had the audacity to blame me for turning up at 8am and not alerting her!! There was no one at the desk to alert! Wouldn't go back. Terrible service

  Used to be awesome service but the staff are now overwhelmed. When this practice first opened I could walk in and out again within ten to fifteen minutes today was one hour and eighteen people ahead of me and not enough chairs for us to sit on ( after being told half an hour) I'm not blaming the staff they are doing their best but after speaking to other regulars the delays started when the girls had to do their own data entry. Another phlebotomist required to continue with the best patient service. I commend the staff for doing their best ( and with a smile) under trying circumstances

  I wanted to jump on here because I can see that there's been a few low star ratings for this place, can I just say this is by far the best place I have been to get bloods, I was advised by my OB to get a glucose test done and told I could go anywhere to do it, after a terrible experience at Windsor Hospital with bloods been drawn and a bruise that went right up my arm and took weeks to go away I refused to go there again, I had remembered I had been to Douglas Hanly Moir Pathology once before and loved how quick and easy it was and how comfortable I felt after leaving especially for someone who has always feared the needle, so I booked in to get it done with them, again the experience was great I was in and ready to get started within minutes of arriving and was greeted by the lovely Rochelle, it's like she knew without knowing I hated needles and I was nervous being my first glucose test and didn't know what to expect, Rochelle was chatty and friendly and was very informative and kept checking up on me through the whole duration of the 2 & 1/2 hours I had to be there, I know some say that they walk in and it seems busy but just keep in mind that not everyone is waiting to go in right away and some of the people you do see in there like myself are waiting an hour to do a second lot of bloods and just need a place to sit.
  
  If I ever need to get bloods again in the future this is honestly my go to place, good location and friendly staff.

  Having been to the odd pathology ‘red liquid’ collection rooms scattered throughout the Hawkesbury area over several years ~ this newish building, rooms and staff are all combined a very pleasant experience along with a great central location and good parking. Look no further for your doctor requested items to be sort after. Very experienced staff with nice friendly attitude making that jab or two just not merely more than a little sting and ensuring the results will be in your doctors hands in no time. Get there first thing or after an hour or so to miss the morning rush. All on the ground floor so easy wheelchair access ok.
